I did not like the pale tan powder coat Vans puts on the roll bar and the support by the windscreen. I had the roll bar, support and the two sticks stripped and powder coated flat black. I was then ready to install the windscreen and fairing. I used Sikaflex to bond the windscreen to the fuselage. That stuff is strong.
